The Upper Township Baseball organization is always looking for volunteers to coach our children. If you are interested in becoming a coach, please follow the steps below.
STEP 1
Visit http://www.nays.org/nyscaonline/ and register. First time coaches must watch the “general” coaching, sportsmanship video, and then watch the “baseball” specific video. After completing the videos print your receipt to provide to Upper Township (see below).
STEP 2
Get Fingerprinted: Download and complete the fingerprint form [click here], and then go to the website listed on the form. Complete the online portion and set an appointment to have your fingerprints taken. Take the attached form and a photo ID to your appointment. Keep all paperwork to provide to Upper Township (see below).
STEP 3
Take the online concussion video class at http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/HeadsUp/Training/HeadsUpConcussion.html
When finished, print your certificate to provide to Upper Township (see below).
STEP 4
Print out the CODE OF ETHICS PLEDGE [click here]. Then sign and date the pledge and return a copy to Upper Township (see below).
FINAL STEP
In order to complete your certification process and receive reimbursement, provide a copy of all certificates, forms, and receipts to:
